Here, mornings begin with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, warm baked goods and sizzling bacon. Afternoons invite you to relax at ouroutside tables with an espresso or glass of wine and a light lunch, and evenings transform the space into a lively bar serving wine, beer, cider, mead, and hand-crafted cocktails.

Morning at Tapestry: Coffee and Breakfast

Mornings at Tapestry are unhurried and inviting. We partner with Homestead Coffee Roasters to deliver exceptional espresso drinks, cappuccinos, and lattes. Each cup is prepared with care, using beans roasted locally for freshness and depth of flavor. Our breakfast menu features house-baked pastries and muffins, breakfast sandwiches on artisan bread, specialty egg dishes such as Italian baked egg skillets and egg soufflé, numerous toasts such as avocado, creammy brie and ricotta and seasonal fruit toasts such as apple and ricotta with honey drizzle, and light, balanced options for early meetings or a quick start to the day.

Midday: Lunch and Small Plates

The kitchen at Tapestry prepares dishes made fresh to order, emphasizing seasonal produce and thoughtful combinations. Our flatbread pizzas have already become a favorite, served hot and crisp with various toppings. Highlights from our menu include Baked Brie in Puff Pastry with cherry preserve, Mediterranean Salad with vegan feta and herbs, and seasonal soups and light salads. Our philosophy is to cook with what is fresh including fresh herbs.

Evening: Cocktails, Beer, Wine, and More

When the sun sets, Tapestry shifts from café to lounge. The bar becomes the centerpiece, glowing under chandeliers, table lamps, wall sconces and mirrors. Our bartenders prepare both classics and signature drinks. We proudly feature local producers: Weyerbacher Brewing Company for beer, Colony Meadery for cider and mead, Cellar Beast Winehouse for wine, and Pennsylvania spirits including Holla Spirits and Silverback Distillery. This dedication to local partners gives every pour a sense of place. Food, too, plays an important part of the evening at Tapestry. The Tapestry Story

Tapestry was created by restaurateur Marcel Bedoya, known for Terra Café and Black & Blue, in collaboration with Lee Boyd and Manuel Fresneda. Their vision was to bring something new to Easton: a space that blends the best of a European-style café with the sophistication of a modern lounge.

The name "Tapestry" was chosen with intention. A tapestry is made of many threads woven together into a single piece of art. In the same way, this cafe-bar brings together people, flavors, art, music, and culture into one seamless experience.

The design reflects this idea. Guests notice the pressed tin ceiling glimmering above the emerald velvet chairs, the peacock blue bar lined with brass accents and multicolored and veined granite bartop, the stained-glass windows, and the warmth of exposed brick walls. Every detail contributes to a setting that feels both timeless and current.

Tapestry is more than a place to eat and drink. It is a gathering point for Easton, a hub for connection, and a stage for the city's growing multi-cultural energy.
